The Hancock County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution #61-26 to enter an amended subgrant agreement between Hancock County Job and Family Services and Area Agency on Aging Region 3. Cindy Land told the board the funding is broken down into $172,600 for administering the services in the subgrant agreement and $10,000 from the Hancock County Commissioners' local fund that can be used only for direct client services; the total was specified as not to exceed $182,600. William Bateson moved for approval, Timothy Bechtol seconded, and the motion passed 3-0.
The amendment clarifies allowable uses for the local funding component of the subgrant and confirms the total capped amount. Commissioners did not ask for further public comment on the item and approved the resolution as presented.
