For the HCAD collections contract, trustees noted a reference to "Attn: Chief Appraiser" instead of naming a specific addressee and requested clarity on item 3.9 (legal collections) and 3.10 (a complete auditor's report). For the camp MOUs trustees requested removing individual names from notice blocks (using titles instead), naming Granbury ISD on liability insurance, and correcting mediation venue language (changes requested to reference Tarrant County and Hood County where appropriate). The board tabled the items to allow staff and counsel to revise the documents as requested.
