The Board approved renewal of property and casualty insurance with McGriff, Seibels & Williams for a one-year term at $2,298,710, effective April 15, 2026, with a $75 million loss limit per occurrence. Nicole Nolen moved the insurance renewal; Zachary Simmons seconded the motion and it passed 7–0.
On procurement, the Board awarded Delivered Pizza services for Food & Nutrition to Mr. Gatti's at $10.00 per pizza and Domino's at $10.25 per pizza for the 2026–27 school year, with two potential one-year renewals (motion by Carrie Gregory, seconded by Nicole Nolen; vote 7–0). Separately, the Board accepted administration’s recommendation to reject all proposals for RFP #2526-03 Digital Curriculum and Virtual Programming Solution (motion by Nicole Nolen, seconded by Zachary Simmons; vote 7–0).
