The Granbury ISD Board of Trustees approved its consent agenda on April 20, authorizing routine district business and several facility-related procurements.
Trustee Tim Bolton moved to approve all consent items; Trustee Nancy Alana seconded and the motion carried 6-0, with Trustee Mike Moore absent. The items included approval of previous meeting minutes; a Mentors Care agreement for 2026–27; budget amendments; authorization of up to $250,000 in blanket purchases for aging HVAC emergency supplies; approval of a lighting upgrade for the James Wann Sports Center; roofing repairs at STARS Academy; and acceptance of a Category 2 E-Rate bid.
Board approval allows district staff to proceed with procurement and repair actions according to applicable purchasing rules and E-Rate program requirements.
