Highway Superintendent Martin told the board that radar units are being installed and that paving is scheduled to start Monday, June 16, 2025. He presented May fuel-usage figures and reported overtime hours for January–April 2025 as follows: Aaron 78.25 hours; Craig 137.50 hours; John 129.25 hours.
The board reviewed and approved the Supervisor’s Highway Fund monthly statement, audited highway bills and accepted a trial balance. The board also approved Budget Amendment #3-2025, which reallocated $1,479.57 (from DA5110.41) and other amounts into machinery and other accounts as listed in the meeting record.
