The HAYS CISD Board of Trustees on April 27 adopted proposed revisions to the district’s Employee Compensation Plan for the 2025-2026 school year and separately approved the Employee Compensation Plan for 2026-2027. Both measures were presented by Chief Human Resources Officer Christina Courson and passed 7-0.
Board President Byron Severance introduced the motions and trustees offered no questions during either vote. The approvals follow routine human-resources sessioning and position the district to apply the adopted compensation schedules for current and upcoming school years.
