Chico ISD board adds Breann Cox as signatory across district accounts, removes Randy Brawner
Summary
Trustees voted unanimously to add Mrs. Breann Cox (and in some motions Trustee Cassie Skinner) to multiple Chico ISD bank and custodial accounts and to remove former signatory Randy Brawner from those accounts.
At the May 28 meeting the Chico ISD Board approved a series of motions to update account signatories and custodial arrangements, adding Mrs. Breann Cox as a signatory on multiple district accounts and removing Mr. Randy Brawner.
Motions approved by 4‑0 votes added Cox to the Operations checking account, Activity Account, Certificates of Deposit (***772 and ***239), Interest & Sinking checking account, Kirkbride checking, Workers' Compensation checking, Safety Deposit Box, and CISD Logic and TexPool accounts. In separate motions the board approved adding Trustee Cassie Skinner to certain accounts and removing prior signatories as presented. Each motion recorded a mover and seconder (various trustees) and a unanimous recorded vote among those present.
