Board approves $1,000 donation, audits bills and enacts Budget Amendment #1-2025
Summary

Supervisor Onufer reported receipt of $11,444.47 from Snow & Ice funds; the board audited and approved Highway Department bills and General bills, and reviewed the Supervisor’s Highway Fund and General Fund statements for February 2025. The board agreed to send the Malone Adult Center $1,000 from the Town Hall Maintenance Fund, with an option to send more in September depending on finances. The donation motion was made by Councilwoman Lemire and seconded by Councilman Tom MacDonald and carried.
The board approved Budget Amendment #1-2025 moving $2,000.00 from Account A1990.4 (Contingency) and $244.66 from Account A1620.26 (Town Hall – Other) into A1910.4 and A1910.4 Unallocated Insurance respectively. The meeting concluded with the motions to approve monthly financials and the budget amendment before adjournment at 9:15 p.m.
