Town board approves Ft. Covington cost share for Code Officer computer and requests pro-housing reports

The Town Board authorized an intermunicipal cost-sharing arrangement for its Code Officer's computer: Ft. Covington will pay $10 per month for use of the Town's computer and split 50% of the security program cost while the Town pays up front and bills Ft. Covington for its share. The motion was made by Councilwoman Lemire and seconded by Councilman Tom MacDonald and carried.
Code Officer Dan Garneau was instructed to prepare reports needed for pro-housing certification, annual reports and rental inspections; Gordie will assist with these tasks. The board accepted the Code Officer’s report by motion.
