Henrietta ISD board approves calendar, book purchases and routine financial items

At its March 16 meeting the Henrietta ISD Board of Trustees approved the 2026–2027 District Calendar and a book purchase list, and adopted routine financial items by consent. Trustee Dee Ann Littlefield moved approval of the calendar, seconded by Trustee Betty Ellsworth; the calendar vote was 7-0. The book purchase list was approved on a motion by Trustee Mark Klyn and a second by Trustee Nala Chambers, also 7-0.
By consent the board approved the minutes of the February 9 regular meeting and the February 19 workshop, accepted the February tax report, and authorized payment of bills as presented. Brandie Watson provided the district financial report and stated there were no amendments to the 2025–2026 budget.
