Board directs staff on FY27 Long Range Planning Work Plan priorities

Ryan Hostetter, Senior Long Range Planner, and Chris Neubecker, Director of Planning and Building Services, presented the FY27 Long Range Planning Work Plan at the June 15 workshop. After discussion, the board directed staff to prioritize the recommended items in this order: 1–5, then 7, then 6, and to combine items 8 and 9.
The direction gives staff a prioritized schedule for FY27 planning tasks. The minutes do not reproduce the full item list or individual descriptions for each numbered item; staff will proceed under the board’s prioritized sequence.
