Ryan Hostetter, Joint Principal Long-Range Planner, presented AMD2026-0003, which proposes amendments to Division 6.3 and 7.1 of the Teton County Land Development Regulations. The changes relate to the Affordable Workforce Housing Standards and the floor area option that currently provides a mitigation exemption for homes of 2,500 square feet.
Hostetter and Chris Neubecker, director of Planning and Building Services, answered questions from the board. There was no public comment. Commissioner Natalia Macker moved to approve AMD2026-0003 as presented and based on factors recommended by the Planning Director; Commissioner Luther Propst seconded and the motion carried 4-0. The minutes record approval but do not include the full amendment text or the new square-foot threshold in the summary.
