The Highland Park ISD Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda for the April 28 meeting, which incorporated acceptance of April gifts across the district, human-resources reports and several sets of minutes from April meetings.
Specific gifts noted on the agenda included donations to the Moody Innovation Institute (HPEF), La Fiesta Teacher Innovation (HPEF), Bradfield PTA, Highland Park Sports Club and program support for PC-TAG; school-level donors included Boone PTO and Bradfield Dad's Club. The consent agenda also included approval of 2026/2027 contracts, summer hours and a capital improvement request for a wrestling weight room. Vice President Bryce Benson moved approval; Finance Officer Doug Woodward seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Because the approvals were handled via the consent agenda, the board took no separate roll-call votes on the individual items in the minutes. Where the minutes list a gift but not an amount, the minutes record the donation "not specified."
