LCB schedules hybrid hearing Aug. 12 on proposed liquor‑premises leasing rules

Kevin also said the board will hold a hybrid public hearing "on August 12 at 10AM to take public testimony on proposed rules implementing 2nd substitute house bill 17 o 1 regarding the leasing of liquor premises," and that if no changes to the proposed rules are needed in response to public comment, staff will move to file CR-103 at the September board meeting. The announcement included the hearing date and the staff plan for next steps on the leasing‑of‑premises rule package.
