The Henrietta Independent School District Board of Trustees on April 13 unanimously approved an easement letter and Exhibit A for a new padmount transformer tied to ongoing construction at the district's new high school and band hall.
The motion was made by Vice-President Betty Ellsworth and seconded by Trustee Scott Williams; the vote was recorded as 7–0 in favor. Earlier in the meeting Scott Niven of Friends Consulting Group provided the board an update on the construction projects, which included the transformer site that prompted the easement request.
