Mauldin said the county currently pays about $68 per visit (initially) and that the clinic is losing money on IV therapy at current pricing; he noted the per‑visit cost drops after higher volume thresholds and raised the possibility of capping how often an individual can receive IV therapy if sustainability becomes a concern. The committee did not take formal action on clinic pricing.
