Kaufman ISD announces new principals, administrators and staff changes

Dr. Jeff Roberts introduced several new campus and district staff appointments during the Jan. 12 meeting. Appointments listed in the minutes include Taylor Bernhagen as Director of Special Programs; Miranda Jungman as principal at Monday Elementary; Sarah Jones as Monday Elementary assistant principal; Dr. James Hobbs as assistant principal at Helen Edwards Early Childhood Center; and Crystal Huff as assistant principal at Kaufman High School.
The superintendent’s report also included a summary of resignations and retirements; the minutes list that information in the personnel report but do not provide each departing employee’s name in this summary. District staff indicated detailed personnel listings are maintained in human-resources records and in the official personnel report provided to trustees.
