Brandy Everett of AFLAC introduced her local team and emphasized in-person customer service and hands-on claims support, saying the group has supported county benefits "behind the scenes for about five years." "They take claim accuracy seriously, with a dedicated specialist who recovered nearly $200K in missed benefits for just 10 agents statewide," Everett said, noting personalized service and local access.
Greg Holley of FlexPlan Administrators described his firm's TPA platform: smart debit cards that automatically validate about 90% of eligible expenses, a mobile portal for claims and receipts, HSA investment options once balances reach $1,000, and processes to transfer rollover balances from American Fidelity. Holley said there are no employer or employee setup fees and that FlexPlan can preload a county-paid transition contribution to employee cards for immediate use.
