The Campbell County Board on June 17 approved an Emergency Management Preparedness Grant (EMPG) award from the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security in the amount of $59,734 with a required local match of $59,734 for the period Oct. 1, 2025 to Sept. 30, 2026. Commissioner Clem moved for approval and Commissioner Means seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The board also approved submitting a Community Prevention Grant application not to exceed $511,000 for July 1, 2026–June 30, 2028.
Separately, the board approved Treatment Court Funding Contracts under the Wyoming Judicial Branch. The Adult Treatment Courts contract is for $519,024 with a local match of $64,878 for July 1, 2026–June 30, 2028. The Youth Treatment Courts contract is for $314,843 with a local match of $78,710.76 for the same period. Commissioners approved both contracts by unanimous vote.
