The Long Beach Board of Aldermen opened a public hearing on alleged property violations at 319 Joyce Avenue, assessed to Adam and Tisha Richburg, after a notice posted July 6, 2026 and delivered July 9. The board received the zoning-enforcement report and photographic evidence and allowed public comment; no property owner appeared.
An on-site inspector reported that the yard had been cut and cleared but noted there remained vehicles in the driveway. “I think the yard's cut and clean,” the inspector said when asked about current conditions. The board closed the hearing and then voted to find the property in compliance, with the motion carried by voice vote. The board noted they would seek a response from the property owner if issues with vehicles persist.
