Sean, a village staff member, said Bella Vista approached staff with concerns about credit-card fees and that village staff including the village manager and director of recreation negotiated an amendment intended to be fair to the vendor while slightly reducing the revenue budgeted for 2026. "They've been a great partner of ours... We slightly decreased the revenue budgeted for 2026 and beyond," Sean said during the discussion. The board approved the amendment by roll call.
