Kennedale ISD board declares surplus acreage, authorizes property sale process

The motion authorized the superintendent to post notice of the district's intent to sell under Section 272.001 of the Texas Local Government Code, receive and open sealed bids, and present bids to the board for acceptance or rejection. No sale terms or buyers were discussed in the public minutes; the action initiated a statutory surplus-sale process.
