The special meeting was called to order at 4:37 P.M. in the Sarita School Board Room and adjourned at 4:51 P.M. Superintendent Kristen Tinsley was present along with Board President Felix Serna, Secretary Gerardo Medellin and Trustee Leticia Vela. There were no members of the public in attendance, and no public comments were recorded.
