Most approvals were handled as routine business under the board’s consent actions. Zoning Officer John LeVault reported two permits issued in March — Permit #798-25 to Dale Klay for an addition at 501 W. Second Street and Permit #799-25 to Clayton Nichols for a concrete approach at 212 W. Brown Street — and the board approved the zoning report by a 6-0 vote. The meeting adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
