The board approved a resolution supporting the Atascosa Central Appraisal District’s (ACAD) 2025 budget and accepted the county’s certified taxable values for Jourdanton ISD.
Trustee Greg Vyvlecka moved ‘‘I move to approve the resolution regarding approval of the 2025 Atascosa Central Appraisal District budget as presented.’’ Trustee Kristi Schulte seconded and the motion passed 7–0. Michelle Berdeaux, identified in the minutes as the chief appraiser, attended the meeting and explained what was included in phase II of the budget.
Later the board accepted Atascosa County’s certified total market and freeze-adjusted taxable values for the district; Trustee Kristi Schulte moved to accept the certified values and the motion passed unanimously.
