City of Gillette to award $15,000 to Campbell County Youth Treatment Court; state contracts advancing

Jim Lyon reported that the FY 26–28 Wyoming Treatment Court contract was presented to the Campbell County Board of Commissioners on June 17 and that the FY 26–28 CJSB contract has been forwarded to the Attorney General’s Office for review. He told the board that the City of Gillette approved its fiscal year budget on June 16 and will award $15,000 to the program.
Jim said the $15,000 award is designated for Quality of Life and mental-health treatment for Youth Intervention Track participants. The committee expects revised budget documents and invoice instructions to be circulated to teams soon as part of the contract and budget finalization process.
