Jarrell ISD board approves consent items, names CMAR for Atlas Ranch Elementary and completes personnel actions

Jenny Arnold, Board President, called the Jarrell ISD Board of Trustees to order at 6:30 p.m. March 25 at district headquarters and confirmed a quorum and Open Meetings Act notice. The meeting included routine and substantive business: a consent agenda vote, several informational presentations, the certification of instructional materials for 2026–27 and selection of a construction manager at risk for a new elementary school.
The board recessed to closed session at 7:25 p.m. under provisions of the Texas Government Code and reconvened at 7:54 p.m. to approve additional positions, accept resignations and ratify personnel hires. The meeting adjourned at 7:57 p.m.; the board scheduled a budget workshop and regular meeting for April 15, 2026.
