The Central Square Central School District Board of Education unanimously approved its consent agenda at the Nov. 4, 2024 regular meeting. The motion (Fischmann/Sherman) carried 7–0 and included approval of monthly bills, the treasurer's report, year-to-date budget reports and related transfers.
Among the items the board approved were acceptance of recommendations from the Committee on Special Education and the Pre-School Committee on Special Education, a Municipal Cooperation Agreement to permit a merged hockey program, a memorandum of agreement between the district and the CSTA for a temporary Grade 6–8 math department testing liaison, and acceptance of a donation for the Millard Hawk Elementary playground. The minutes note that copies of the documents are on file with the district clerk.
Board Vice President Kristy Fischmann moved the consent agenda and Kenneth Sherman seconded; the vote was recorded as seven in favor and none opposed. The actions were passed as part of the single consent motion and did not receive separate discussion during the meeting.
