Trustees approve consent agenda, JJAEP MOU, ESC Region 11 contracts and instructional materials certification

The Grandview ISD Board approved several administrative items on April 13, 2026. Trustee Keith Miller moved to approve the consent agenda; Beverlea Bons seconded and the motion carried with Trustees Clint Calvert, Brad Collins, Beverlea Bons, Keith Miller, Derik Moore and Matt Slaughter recorded as voting in favor. The minutes list no votes against on the consent agenda.
Separately, the board approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program (JJAEP) after a motion by Keith Miller and a second by Clint Calvert. The board also approved ESC Region 11 contracts for 2026–27 (motion by Derik Moore, second by Clint Calvert) and approved the Certification of Provision of Instructional Materials for 2026–27 (motion by Clint Calvert, second by Beverlea Bons). Each motion is recorded in the minutes as carried; the available vote lists reflect the trustees recorded in favor but do not list the President’s vote in the recorded tallies.
