The Town of Charleston Planning Board approved the meeting agenda on a motion from Vice Chair Amanda Peterson, seconded by Joseph Fitzpatrick; the motion passed unanimously. The board then approved the minutes of the Jan. 8, 2025 meeting on a motion from Donna Wakefield, seconded by Joseph Fitzpatrick; that motion also passed unanimously.
