Kerrville ISD trustees approve 2024–25 TAPR as part of unanimous consent agenda

Dr. Brent Ringo, superintendent, placed the 2024–25 Texas Academic Performance Report before the board during a public hearing on Feb. 16. Julee Broscoff, assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction, presented the report; no members of the public spoke during the hearing.
At the start of the regular meeting the board approved the consent agenda by unanimous vote. The package included approval of the Jan. 20, 2026 minutes, adoption of the 2024–25 TAPR, the 2026–27 school calendar, an extension of the bank depository contract, and a list of upcoming events. Trustee David Sprouse moved to approve the consent items; Trustee Caleb Boone seconded and the motion passed 7–0.
The TAPR presentation and subsequent approval complete the district’s public-comment step on the report for school year 2024–25. The district’s draft minutes note the hearing closed at 6:08 p.m. and that the minutes remain draft until formally approved at a future meeting.
