Staff member Amy will prepare a rough draft formatted for the board's online survey tool ahead of next week's meeting, with a targeted distribution date planned for that outreach.
Chair David Wiener asked Vice Chair Amanda Peterson to coordinate with Joseph Fitzpatrick, the planning board treasurer, on follow-up tasks. The board also noted that the state liaison, Danny, will attend next week's meeting to participate in the plan discussion and outreach planning. No formal vote or adoption occurred; the item was reviewed and next steps for public engagement were set.
