The resolution notes the ROC's partnership with NYSED, the Access4Learning Student Data Privacy Consortium and The Education Cooperative to develop Ed Law 2‑d compliant contracts.
The resolution, moved by James Stachewicz and carried 4–0, states that the DPAs are presented to school districts and/or BOCES for final execution and do not require additional district expenditure beyond budgeted funds. The board granted the ROC and its attorneys authority to negotiate terms and take actions necessary to effectuate the DPAs.
