The board also approved an unpaid leave of absence for Consultant Teacher David Mansfield from May 1–21, 2025.
On the recommendation of the Superintendent, the board appointed Michell Iang as a 4‑hour Food Service Helper at John F. Kennedy High School effective April 30, 2025 (six‑month probationary period). The board approved a slate of department chairs and grade‑level leaders for the 2025–26 and 2026–27 school years (including Julie Frank as Special Education Department Chair and named grade‑level leaders across K–5 and a seventh‑grade team leader). The board also approved club advisors and coaches, and a list of teaching and non‑teaching substitutes for the coming year.
Athletics assignments for 2025–26 include the appointment of Casey Snyder as Athletic Director and Julia Mehnert as Athletic Scheduler of Supervision/Lead Supervisor effective July 1, 2025; compensation was specified as per the TAC contract. All personnel motions were carried 4–0 with three board members absent.
