Developer outlines 584‑unit Network Circle plan adjacent to Agnews Historic Park

He said the project includes approximately seven acres of open space and emphasized there are no proposed changes to Agnews Historic Park or its historic buildings, which sit adjacent to but outside the 38‑acre development footprint.
