Lake Travis ISD board approves new math instructional materials for 2026–27

The Instructional Materials Review and Approval process and local district committees recommended two resources: Amplify Desmos Math Texas for grades K–5 and Savvas enVision+ Texas Math for grades 6–8 and algebra/geometry courses (Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II). Trustee Keely Cano moved approval and Trustee Kristen Woodcock seconded; the motion passed 7‑0.
District materials selection followed the statewide IMRA framework (HB 1605) and local teacher and administrator committee reviews. The approved materials will be procured and scheduled for classroom adoption beginning with the 2026–27 academic year; the minutes record board approval but not the purchase contract amounts.
