The handbook adds KHS AI guidelines intended "to guide the responsible and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs, such as ChatGPT, across all educational activities." Trustees were also told that TASB-advised updates require notification, consent, and parental access related to instruction on human sexuality and prevention topics. The minutes reference policy EFB(LOCAL) and describe a process for library-material reconsideration and parental requests to contact the campus librarian (Cheryl Eagers).
