Trustee Lacy Warren moved to approve the items on the consent agenda — including minutes from the June 12 meeting, the June 2025 monthly financial and investment reports with budget amendments, TASB insurance (property, auto, school liability and privacy), public notice of intent to apply for ESSA federal grant funds for 2025–26, and Policy Update 125 — and Trustee Ernest Crookshank seconded. The motion passed on a recorded show of hands, 5 for, 0 against and 0 abstaining.
The action keeps routine district business on schedule ahead of the fall semester. The board packet listed the insurance and financial details for review and noted the ESSA notice is preparatory to applying for federal funds in the coming school year.
