Chazy board authorizes lease with Chazy After School Program at $130 per month

The Board of Education authorized the Superintendent on April 8 to execute a lease agreement with the Chazy After School Program (CASP) permitting CASP’s use of program space at Chazy Central Rural School for the 2025–26 school year at $130 per month. Dan Bernard moved the authorization and Tim Howley seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
The resolution also authorized the Superintendent to take all actions necessary on behalf of the district in effectuating the terms of the agreement. The minutes record the lease amount and authorization but do not include additional operational details such as specific spaces, start date beyond the school year or insurance requirements; those items will be finalized in the executed agreement.
