Bruce Smith moved approval and Mark Tucker seconded; the motion carried 5–0 with President Lance Stacy and Trustee Greg Bartley absent.
Items approved included minutes from recent meetings, the monthly financial statements, Budget Amendment #2 covering contracted services and vehicle repairs, an unsolicited donation to the LDHS baseball activity account and targeted improvement plans for Corinth Elementary and Lake Dallas Middle School required for submission to the Texas Education Agency. The board also approved administrator contracts for the 2026–27 school year. The board recorded a unanimous vote among members present.
