After an invocation and the Pledge of Allegiance, the board did not convene a closed session though items under Texas Government Code Chapter 551 (551.074, 551.071, 551.072) were listed as potential topics. The board approved the Total Sheet and prime contractors for the new Krum ISD middle school and CTE center in the amount of $94,644,246.00 and adopted a pay scale for TRS service retirees, both by unanimous vote. Open Forum recorded no public speakers. The meeting began at 6:00 p.m. and adjourned at 6:37 p.m.
