The board approved two intergovernmental agreements with the City of Moore as part of the consent docket. Cleveland County will provide labor, equipment and certain materials for reconstruction of NE 12th Street (from Sunnylane Rd. to east of Lost Creek Dr.) and for reconstruction of Estelle Drive (from NE 12th St. south to the dead end). The City of Moore agreed to reimburse the county 100% for fuel, materials and subcontractor expenses; upon execution Moore will encumber $485,117.20 for the NE 12th project and $224,430.00 for the Estelle Drive project.
The agreements commence on the date of the last party's execution and remain in effect through project completion and final county payment. The motions approving these agreements were recorded as part of the consent items and passed unanimously.
