County commissioners approved multiple ARPA-related contract amendments and a resolution authorizing the Cleveland County Home Loan Authority to issue obligations under state statute. The Board accepted an addendum removing the commercial kitchen scope from a Moore Public Schools Foundation ARPA subrecipient agreement and approved amended budget category changes for three Norman Economic Development Coalition projects with no change to total project amounts: $1,200,000 for Incubator Renovations, $1,000,000 for Lake Thunderbird, and $800,000 for Workforce Development in the minutes.
The Board also approved a resolution authorizing the Home Loan Authority to issue certain obligations and to waive competitive bidding as required by 60 O.S. Section 176(d) and (g). Separately, the AMI (All Media Integration) change-order for Fairgrounds speaker color change was approved for $2,669.49.
