"I move to approve budget amendment 002 and the final amended budget for the 2023-2024 SHARS-Medicaid fund (198) as presented," Trustee Kendall Schorsch moved; Trustee Kristi Schulte seconded and the motion passed 4–0. The record shows Trustees Vance Jupe, Phillip Netardus and Greg Vyvlecka absent for the vote.
No public comments were recorded during the meeting. The board completed the posted business and adjourned at 7:48 a.m.
