The Levelland ISD Board of Trustees approved the district financial report and authorized an agreement with Live Oak Public Finance, LLC for municipal advisory services during its Dec. 17 meeting.
CFO Teresa Montemayor presented the financial report and the quarterly report as part of the meeting’s reports section; Trustee Matt Buxkemper moved to approve the financial report and Trustee Brooke Obenhaus seconded. The board also considered an agreement with Live Oak Public Finance, LLC — Superintendent Dr. Don Heseman presented the item, Vice President Mike Stafford moved to approve the termination of the prior arrangement and the new agreement, Trustee Matt Buxkemper seconded, and the motion passed unopposed.
