At its Nov. 6 meeting the Seneca Falls Town Board took the following formal actions (recorded outcomes):
- Accepted prior meeting minutes (motion and approved by voice vote). - Approved contingent authorization for the "It's a Wonderful Life" festival and contingent approval for the related run permit, conditioned on state permits and police chief sign-off. - Adopted a resolution to transfer funds for vehicle maintenance (within highway funds) and approved an internal transfer within highway funds. - Approved warranties and pool credits as presented. - Authorized payment of bills as presented. - Tabled a designated town center proposal and removed a resolution from the agenda earlier that evening.
