Following a closed session, the Liberty Hill ISD Board authorized the superintendent to enter into a lease for an approximately 50-by-50-foot tract on the Legacy Ranch High School campus for construction of a cell tower and to execute related documents to finalize the lease. The motion by Brandon Canady, seconded by Jamie Etzkorn, passed 6–0.
The board also authorized the superintendent to enter into a purchase-and-sale contract for approximately 9.337 acres located in Williamson County, directing staff to finalize the purchase and proceed to closing. The motion was made by Kristi Hargrove and seconded by Jamie Etzkorn and passed unanimously. Both actions include delegation to the superintendent to negotiate and execute documents to protect district interests.
