Board names two new elementary schools: Lariat Trails and Saddleback

The Liberty Hill ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously to name two upcoming elementary campuses. The board approved naming Elementary #8 "Lariat Trails Elementary School" (motion by Kristi Hargrove, second by Brandon Canady) and Elementary #9 "Saddleback Elementary School" (motion by Brandon Canady, second by Michael Ferguson). Both motions passed 6–0.
Interim Superintendent Travis Motal presented the naming recommendations. The board’s approval finalizes the campus names for use in district communications, signage and planning; no dissent or abstentions were recorded in the minutes.
