"Motion was made by Brandon Canady and seconded by Kristi Hargrove that the Board approve the Design Services contract from Pfluger Associates in the amount of $980,000 for the expansion of Santa Rita Elementary and Rancho Sienna Elementary schools, to be funded by the 2021 Bond proceeds, and authorize the Superintendent or designee to negotiate the final terms of the agreement," the record states. The approval moves both projects into the design phase under the bond program.
