Members Cindy Martinez, Kevin Telchik, Rebecca H. Gonzales and Ernest Ogeda were not in attendance.
After President Martinez announced the canvass of June 5 recount results, Ron Mann moved to approve the canvass and Melissa Cazares seconded. The motion passed 3-0. The meeting was adjourned at 6:02 p.m.
